First res­i­dents move into Banksia release at For­est Springs

The For­est Springs com­mu­nity con­tin­ues to come alive with a num­ber of res­i­dents who pur­chased in the Banksia land release now mov­ing into their homes and enjoy­ing the con­ve­nience of the loca­tion and onsite amenity. Res­i­dents have com­mented on the abil­ity to eas­ily access Wool­worths and a num­ber of spe­cialty stores as well as close prox­im­ity to Gladstone’s CBD, air­port, shops, schools, great fish­ing, boat­ing and swim­ming spots as some of the main fac­tors as to why they chose to call For­est Springs home.
