Reli­able NBN inter­net con­nec­tion avail­able at For­est Springs

While many of the res­i­den­tial neigh­bour­hoods in Glad­stone strug­gle for a reli­able and fast inter­net con­nec­tion, the same can­not be said at For­est Springs where the NBN roll­out was installed prior to the devel­op­ment commencing.

For­est Springs sales con­sul­tant Eileen Wood­ward said hav­ing access to fast inter­net access was one of the fac­tors dri­ving enquiry and sales at the estate.

“Many of our most recent buy­ers have relo­cated to Glad­stone over the past year, they have ini­tially rented to see where they would pre­fer to live and are now choos­ing to invest at For­est Springs because of its loca­tion and amenity. We all need to use the web on a daily basis and many of our buy­ers have chil­dren who need access to the inter­net for their school stud­ies and there are oth­ers who oper­ate home based busi­nesses so the need for access to the web is para­mount,” she said.

Direc­tor of Coastal Homes Craig Price has cho­sen to not only estab­lish his lat­est dis­play home at For­est Springs but also oper­ate his busi­ness within the neighbourhood.

“It makes so much sense to oper­ate our busi­ness from the For­est Springs dis­play home. How­ever the decid­ing fac­tor was the need for reli­able inter­net access as we need it on a daily basis to show clients floor plans, as well as email con­tracts and other information.

“It’s a vital part of our busi­ness and it would be a huge imped­i­ment if we did not have it,” he said.
