Forest Springs puts local communities needs first

For­est Springs has evolved to become Gladstone’s pre­mium estate, offer­ing our res­i­dents an idyl­lic and con­ve­nient lifestyle.

In 2015 alone our com­mu­nity has expe­ri­enced some excit­ing new advance­ments that will see us con­tinue to flour­ish and intro­duce new ameni­ties in 2016.

Now in the throes of spring, For­est Springs is a hive of activity.

Nearly 180 blocks have been sold to date, with 9 homes near­ing the end of con­struc­tion and just under 500 res­i­dents now moved in and liv­ing at the estate.

Fol­low­ing a demand for larger blocks we recent started con­struc­tion to our newest land release – The Cas­cades. The local com­mu­nity will be excited to know that this stage will coin­cide with the con­struc­tion of new ameni­ties, includ­ing a new bulky goods retail cen­tre on Kirk­wood Road and the intro­duc­tion of a child­care centre.

Now open to the pub­lic, our com­mu­nity park and play­ground sit­u­ated at the entrance of the estate has been well received by local families.

Over the last year it has become a promi­nent social and meet­ing area for com­mu­nity events and sport­ing activ­i­ties, such as our renowned run­ning group on a Tues­day evening.

As For­est Springs evolves, so does the need for fos­ter­ing a sense of com­mu­nity among our res­i­dents, exist­ing and new.

The start of spring her­alded our first ever fam­ily fun day event at the community.

Over 800 peo­ple attended on the day and par­tic­i­pated in the many fes­tiv­i­ties and activ­i­ties, which we expect to be the first of many more to come.
